We've had a recent high number of Q-Widgets from production exhibiting a flashing GO button for no known reason, and it wasn't consistent - sometimes it would happen, and sometimes not.
We learned that our test system's USB bus was running too low of a voltage, triggering the PAUSE button (due to hardware design). We replaced the USB hub on that system, and the problem went away.
If you are experiencing this issue, your USB bus - whether directly wired to the computer, or connected through a USB hub, the bus voltage must be within USB spec of 5.00v +/- .25v. Be sure to check this before deeming your Q-Widget as malfunctioning.
